Hot Power Yoga
A powerful and inspired Vinyasa based class yoga combining the discipline of holding postures, the fluidity and strengthening benefits of sun salutations and the added grace of deep opening postures done in the heat. All levels welcome. 75 minutes.
Spinning
Truly inspired indoor cycling. Class is taught to music. Experienced riders and beginners alike- all are welcome. Sign up in advance is highly recommended. Bikes are on a first come first served basis. SPD/LOOK/Sneakers are available. There are SPD shoes for rent. Students must bring a small towel to place over the handle bars of the bike. 45 minutes.
HARD CORE-Pilates Mat
This classical, systematic, integrative approach promises to lengthen, strengthen and elongate even the tightest of bodies. By learning through regular practice of these classical movements, this system allows the body time to heal, balance, grow stronger and progress quickly. You will notice the changes as soon as 10 lessons. 55 minutes.
Spin/Sculpt
A total body workout with 45 minutes of SPIN into 30 minutes of total body conditioning, maximizing your time and your workouts. 75 Minutes.
TRX
Exercises offering a complete and total body workout- this training system utilizes the most versatile piece of exercise equipment available- the TRX Suspension Trainer. It is a comprehensive full body workout that is easily adapted and progresses with you as you get stronger. Perfect for all fitness levels and goals. Strength, flexibility, core stability, metabolic conditioning.
RealRyderŽ/ TRX
30 minutes of RealRyding followed by 30 minutes of TRX Circuit Training. Your workout just became BADASS...

We have state of the art apparatus for Pilates, RealRyder and Spinner Pro bikes, and highly trained instructors to take you to the next level of your fitness and to help reach your goals, be it weight-loss or competitive sports.
