Through intensive training, classes, diet and nutrition, you will have both guidance and support to redefine your approach to exercise, eating and weight loss. During this 4- week program, you will have 2 weekly private workout sessions and access to ALL of the classes the studio has to offer- everyday- 7 days a week. When you are not at the studio, the onus is on you to take responsibility, to make the right choices, to do the work. Ellen and her instructors will teach you, train you, inspire you, and offer you the motivation to lose weight for good- through Yoga, Spinning, Pilates, and many other tools you will need to not just change your body but change your life. Not only will you learn to make better choices and break your food addictions, you'll sweat and work out in your sessions like you never have before with boot camp style privates. In addition, Ellen will meet you at your home or at your favorite market to discuss in depth, the best food choices for you and your family. You will learn how to live healthily, lose whatever weight you should, shift your energy and create new empowered goals for yourself, ultimately changing the way you relate to the world around you. Some Like It Hot has had so much success with the 28 Day Bootcamp Challenge- we are extending it to our Pilates Program as well!!!We are offering the ultimate opportunity to gain insight into who you are and what it’s all really worth to you. Through one on one Pilates sessions & classes, you will have both guidance and support to redefine your approach to exercise. During this 4- week program, you will have 2 weekly private workout sessions with a trained Pilates Instructor and access to ALL of the classes the studio has to offer- everyday- 7 days a week. When you are not at the studio, the onus is on you to take responsibility, to make the right choices, to do the work.
