Terms & Conditions
You must own a series (group of classes) in order to place a reservation. You may purchase one in person, online, or by phone. You may reserve for a single class prior providing that the class has been pre-paid - payment is due upon making your reservation. All series expire between 3-6 months, depending upon the number of classes purchased in a series. Reservations may only be made one week in advance. We accept all major credit cards including Discover and American Express.
Class Cards NO REFUNDS on any series purchase - no exceptions. Classes are transferable to any group classes offered at any Some Like It Hot studios.
Cancelations
To receive full refund for a cancellation it must be cancelled 24 hours prior to the scheduled class/ session. This applies to all classes and or private / duet / semi private sessions. Cancellations sent via Internet or email must be confirmed with a response or they will not be accepted.You may also cancel by calling 802-387-3352.
Class Cancelations
Group class schedules and or instructors are subject to change without prior notification. Inclement weather cancellations will be posted in advance to the best of our ability.
We do not rent, sell, or otherwise distribute any of your contact, billing, or credit card information.
Shipping: We would like to offer our Customers the choice of both UPS and USPS services. Please note that UPS will not ship to PO Boxes, only physical addresses. We encourage those who opt for USPS to get insurance and a delivery confirmation with their order.
Return & exchanges: We want you to be 110% happy with your online purchase, if for any reason you are not totally satisfied, we will gladly refund your money (less shipping) or send an exchange if it is appropriate when merchandise is returned within 7 days. Simply provide us with the reason for the return. Items must be returned in an unused state with all tags remaining unless there is a defect in the item.
